Can others edit my Photos
Photos OK to edit
Took this a couple years ago in Bath, England. Just got around to editing some of those photos tonight. Any thoughts?

highlights/shadows, exposure, made it black and white, sharpened, and added vignette

I do not like the vignette at all. What were you trying to accomplish with it?

i don't really like the vignette either but the cathedral is amazing. I do like the black and white. Seems timeless.

Basically just amazingness
Right. Well, can we see it without the vignetting?

Now that I have applied my creative touch, I fear that I cannot undue what has been done.

I've given it some time for the vignette to soak in and really feel that it exemplifies this photo perfectly. The darkness that the world perpetrates tries to attack us all as we journey through life, as it also does the same to the church. Throughout history the church has guarded against the darkness, and at times has fallen victim to the energies that it forces upon it. The vignette signifies this darkness as it symbolically applies pressure to the cathedral (church). As a religious individual we must learn when the darkness, or evil, is besieging us and do our best to fight against it.

Undo.

I didn't see that at all, I saw unnecessary vignetting. Most people will see what I saw and perhaps wonder what in the world you were thinking, and not come to the elaborate conclusion you did from clicking ctrl-F about 3 too many times. However, that is your right as the photographer. Glad you're happy with it. (PS: look how much darkness the church is responsible for, and maybe the picture will mean something different.)

ETA:

ctrl-Z!! ctrl-Z!!

I'm fighting against the darkness!! hahaha
