b&w, color or neither

Hmm...the black and white make the trees too..busy for me, I think.

So I would pick color...though this photo doesn't quite do it for me as much as your others...still nice though, so I wouldn't call it trash.

Since this early green is my favourite of all colours, I can't but say "colour, please!"
The b+w looks like they were blooming trees with white or bright pink flowers, and I only realised they were my favourite green leaves in the second... so colour for me. And keep it!

For me it's definitely the color one. The B&W looks surrealistic to me with its almost white leaves. (Is that what you wanted?) And its benches are so dark that I didn't know what they were until I saw the color version.

Like the composition & DOF a lot.

to me the leaves and trees get too lost in eachother int he black and white

I like the color more just because you can distinguish easier whats going on, but maybe that's just me over analyzing it
