Looking for some honest criticism or opinions on this shot I took of a fuel dock at a marina. Thanks.

Is the rope really cut-off like that, or is it just my browser?

Since it apears to be the focus (or at least part of the focus), I would have liked to see the entire rope, like the one in the background.

Then again, I've just taken my first baby steps into the world of photography.
