It really has no subject to it. Black and white conversion is nice. Exposure looks good for a black and white image and the focus is fine, everything is sharp.

I disagree. The highlights have no detail and the entire image looks very soft.

It took me a bit to figure out what I was looking at. I recognized the woodpile immediately but the plow (I think that's what it is) in the foreground is a bit distracting. I like the reflection of the scene in the right of the foreground, but as previously mentioned, I'm not exactly sure what I'm supposed to be looking at. Maybe if the woodpile was more towards the bottom and the trees were the subject it'd be easier to identify?
