Mid-May thru Mid-June is prime time to photograph local babies.
The whitetail fawn was from our backyard this morning (a rainy morning).
We had a doe give birth to twins last June and she must have liked
our tall-grass pasture because she returned with her new fawn.
The swan sat on a nest for a month. I drove by her every day to check on her.
Last year she had 5 cygnets, this year she has 7!
The ducklings are cinnamon teal...I love to photograph the drakes at sunrise.
And the bighorn sheep lambs are true "rock stars",
so nimble running in the steep cliff country.
