WOW.........beautiful eyes and eyelashes! What an adorable expression.
I would take out the towel. And it looks like the top of her head is in focus but her face and eyes are not. Or they are just really soft and all it needs is a sharpening for web

um, white balance. yea i have not even tried to mess with that yet. what ever the camera is set at default in manual mode. Btw He is not a she
