Hello
Can anyone offer advice regarding the use of the black rapid slings or a hip securing device such as the B-Grip or the Spider Holster in combination with a backpack? I am going to be traveling for about a month with 1DSLR, 3 lenses (1med, 2small), a travel tripod and some extra stuff. There will be some proper hiking but mostly lugging around from site to site to site, town to town. There are lots of strings regarding each of these pieces of equipment separately but together I have not found any. I was thinking about combining a hip device with the backpack but I've read several strings recommending the sling instead. Has anyone used the sling with a backpack? Anyone have yet another, more secure but readily accessible alternative to the normal neck strap to use in combination with a backpack? Much Thanks.
