This Heron stopped by the pond in my backyard.

Hey, this is a lovely photo! I'm surprised that so far no one has commented on it. I wish I could see it on a better monitor - maybe this afternoon I can.
How easily could this heron's head have been hidden by the wing, but it isn't! That's what I like about it!!!
