Bahia Grass

So I haven't been around much on the forums due to my family moving in to a way bigger house that has a Bahia grass which hasn't been taken care of in awhile how do I take care of this type of grass? I know watering is key which I can do with my sprinkler system on my watering days...What type of fertilizer do I need also what type of seed do I need for this type of grass? I was thinking Scotts fertilizer would be best but not sure.
