bald eagle

I don't get to shoot them much but I was kinda on a mission today. got up early and paddled up river in my kayak as far as I could go below the dam.

I saw a few juviniles and a nest, but this mature eagle was a bit farther down river from the nest I found. the lighting was no good on the nest and juviniles but I got some of the mature eagle.

I think he saw me

I had a gorilla start running at me at the zoo when i pointed the 500mm f4 at him, probably thought it was a tranquilizer gun
