Banana Girl

I took this photo at a roadside stand in Honduras. The stand was at a high elevation. At night she and her family would sleep along the macadam of the road that was warmed by the days sun. The young lady in the picture is nine years old. She told me she spends about 7 hours a day at the stand. All of the kids that I photographed on that trip had the same expression on their face.
