this is quite nice.
Her face is interesting, neither the plane of her eyebrows or her eyes is perpendicular to that of her nose so it looks a bit off, no matter what.
I prefer to compromise between eyes and nose for alignment.
The brightness of her shoulder and the top of her dress (?) in the lower left catch my eye.
