Thank you all. I recently started photographing ducks as practice for the eagles that will start congregating around here in December. It's been good practice for me, and I've come to realize the beauty of ducks!

Thank you JC. That is a great compliment as I've learned so much from your posts here. There was a lot of luck involved in this shot, no cropping at all. As a side note I'm finding my best shots seem to be the ones taken on the spur of the moment, not planned out in advance.
