Nice lighting, and I like her expression and posing.
I think a warmer white balance would suit this photo better; for this type of portrait I think it's important to use tones that exemplify warmth and good health. I could be wrong, but to me it also looks like there was some sloppy frequency separation work done to this, giving her skin a bit of a blurry overprocessed look to it.
