First one. The B&W is a bit bright in spots.

I agree with bdog325. I am not sure how you did the B&W conversion, but the sky is blown out and it does not seem to be as sharp as the coloured one. My only "nit" is that it is too bad that the basketball has had the bottom of it cropped off. I do like the composition of it.
