Can others edit my Photos
Photos NOT OK to edit
I assume batch processing is doing the same process to multiple images at once, Correct?

How/can you do this on Photoshop CS3?

Well...I'm kinda sortof done now. I did the same Color correction and USM to sixteen images, but information on how precicely to automate this would be useful for future use.

Yup, set up an action. Then go File --> Automate --> Batch

Okey dokey, I will take a look into that next time I have it open.

They also have a resizing 'wizard' which is really helpfu when you need to downsize tons of images. Go File --> Scripts --> Image processor

That is good to know, I am constantly going from 3000+ to 2000 to switch to a better known to me program.

You need to record the action, in the actions pallette there's a button at the bottom to record new file set, then new action, give the set/action a name, click the record new action button and start your manipulation, once you've done what you need click the stop recording button, the action will be saved in the actions pallette for further use.
You can then either play the action on an individual image or use the automate batch on a file folder. H
