My first reaction was like that of wyogirl - not enough contrast. My first question was - how did you do the conversion? If you have the original, it would be nice to see it, because not every colour image is a candidate for B&W conversion.

nice. Maybe a little too much gray? Maybe you can drop the shadows or something to get some blacks?
