Straighten the horizon and crop the bottom so we can't see the car. The picture is mostly about the the bird, the sky, and a bit of the shore, so even without the car there, it would be better off cropped.

If you have lightroom trying reducing the whites and bringing up the shadows. That will probably expose the forground better and reduce the "blow-out" from the sun (light). Like Limr mentioned, i would crop in tighter and straighten the horizon.
