Beautiful eyes

Here are a few pictures that I took during a family picnic of my neice.
My focus here was on the eyes. I've been trying to capture the spark/life/ect in eyes, but because I shoot moving targets (baby-4 years olds primarily), I don't get a lot of subjects that will sit still and look in the direction or that direction. This is my first attempt, what do you think?

Really?! All I did was sharpen them.. grrr.. back to the drawing board.. lol

Her eyes really are breathtakingly beautiful in-real-life.

Eyes are sharpened too much! Doesn't look right. Maybe bring it down just a tad? Lovely pictures

It's an easy mistake to make. I very rarely use the sharpen feature these days. Otherwise nice photos and the sharpening can be undone. I'd also try bringing the exposure down a tad, she looks a bit washed out to me... but that's my personal taste.
