These things were really fast and always seemed to position them selves all curled up so it was very difficult to get any kind of picture of them. This is the best of the lot for ID, but still probably not very good. Most of the pictures only had one bit of the insect in focus I am afraid. If anyone can ID it it would be very interesting to hear what it is, not even the locals in northern spain could say. It was generally on the same plants as a wasp that looked and behaved very similarly.
Bee?
Wasp that was always near by and behaved and sounded similar.
Many thanks
