I really like: textures and tones.
I don't like: those two holes sooooo close to the corner. My eye want to see more of the plate (perfect would be: the upper border of the plate).

It would be almost impossible to pass up a surface like that. I get what Benjo225 means about those two holes in the upper right corner, so close to the edge of the frame...those holes really pull the eye up and away from all that weathered wood and paint. I don't see much in the way of framing or composition options to eliminate their influence except to clone them out, but then that's not true to the actual scene...but I'm not sure if that even matters. It's still worth a moment of time to look at this shot.

You can always crop the image in order to keep them out.

It's funny about those holes - I deliberately cropped to crowd them in, just as I did the side of the metal plate, the frame corner in the lower left, and to a lesser extent that screw in the lower middle. I wanted the composition to feel cramped and uncomfortable, but perhaps I ended up with a distraction instead. I'll have to play around with crops and see how it looks.
