(in no specific order) funny smart driven independent not clingy good looking educated confident employed Someone that knows how to treat a lady in every way possible!!!!!! (this is a big one) That about sums it up. I think.

Psh you mention nothing about woodworking, small engine repair, looking good in flannel and catching small game. I say your whole list is suspect!!!

What are you going to do whittle me a bench or something with your woodworking skills? Or fix my weed eater? Looking good in flannel might work. Maybe if done very carefully.
