Right now we have JW Dundee's Porter, Honey Brown, Pale Ale, and Amber. We also have Optimator (Spaten), Kasteel, Duvel Blonde, Nugget Nector (Troegs), and 60 Minute IPA (Dogfishead)

Pictures to come if I get to it ever...cracking open a Porter now. Tasty.

JW Dundees beer is very good, and the popular price too! I'm not a pale ale guy, but I love the Honey Brown. Haven't tried the porter.

There's nothing more beautiful than a fridge with the entire bottom shelf backed with liquid bread.

THe price is right, that's how we ended up with it this time...we needed something to balance out the Duvel. The porter is my favorite of all of the JW's...plus it has my initials on the cap...

Life is too short to drink cheap beer.

Then again, I usually don't drink beer that expensive either; I usually go with something between; something at about $1 per 12 oz. (333 mL)

What's your favorite beer, Corinna? My wife likes a Belgian beer called Pink Elephant.

Oh well ... what would be my favourite? Hard to tell. We often switch brands. It is Beck's whenever my husband goes out getting us a sixpack. And I choose "Kroisen" in the pub... (a little darker and softer in taste). They say "Kroisen" is a woman's beer, haha. I have also had "Jever" before (it is really bitter). Well, it has not become my favourite but I did not mind it, either.

its all about celebrator doppelbock and trader joes vintage ale!!!!

celebrator ranked number one 5 years in a row for the world's best dark beer (according to ______....i forgot, but it was a tasting website), and at 9% abv, trader joes vintage ale is hard to beat!

Being in school, I cant afford good beer. Its usually Bud llight or Busch. I get Bells cheap around here (brewed here) and they dump excess cases cheap when the season is done. The consecrator dopplebock is great, but that only comes aound for 3 weeks a year! That is th only time I spend $12 on a sixer.

Well, that's the thing. If it's about getting drunk, I guess the cheap stuff is the way to go.

However, think of it this way. If you buy a nice, 1/2 L of thick beer for $3-8, you can skip dinner. Double your buzz for the money, because your stomach is empty, and the beer is thick enough that you're not hungry for a while anyhow. Try it some time.
