Bold without going over the top.
Very clean sky replacement. Luminar?
There is one small spot of discontinuity of horizon where the buses were covered but that is hardly noticeable.

Yes Luminar. Awesome bit of software.
Went for dramatic and this version is about 50% of the initial HDR level but I like it.
