That depends... are you going to "charge" for quality, or CRAP..... one takes a while to produce! CRAP is easy... anyone can do it.... and a lot of people do charge for it!

Read not only about Technicalities but also about Art.
Be objective with your own work.
Don't believe everything you read out there (nor in here). Make your own opinion.
Always use the Search Engine before asking questions or creating new threads.

How can someone possible answer that seriously? Do you thing there's some kind of rule for that? That's only up to you and noone else.
