Behold! Toad....

My 6 year old son, holding a baby toad in his hands. The oppurtunity to capture this moment presented itself, and I couldn't resist. This is my first decent photograph, so please be gentle! Photograph taken with Minolta XE-7, using Kodak Bright Sun and Flash 200 film, on a rather overcast day (it was all I had at the time.) The image was then scanned at 300dpi but considerable size reduction was needed to make it forum friendly. Anyhoo, here it is!

That is really cute! And it's so small!!

Great job with the DOF and exposure. The only thing niggling at me is that the hands aren't in the centre of the photo. But if you were to crop it in so they were in the middle, you'd lose the blurry body in the background.
