Belfast castle

My sister in-law asked me to take a photo of belfast castle as that is where she got married. I waited to sunrise and this is the shot I took. I intended it to be B&W and I am pretty pleased with the results.
What do you think?

I cant belive how much detail my photo just lost through photobucket resize procedure!! The origional shot is a lot sharper so please dont judge it on the softness?

The composition is pretty good, the lines of the stairway work nicely.

The B&W conversion could use some further work, IMO. It's all grey with no real blacks or whites. If this was my shot, I would add some contrast and brighten the exposure.

Oho, next picture from that "magic garden". Very nice and photogenic building but I am with Serena on this one, this picture needs a bit of "spice" to be magic.
