Across Northern Ireland, various 'hard' elements/supports of their cause have murals painted on the side of homes as a warning that you may be in the wrong area and depending on your nationality or religion, your life could be in danger! Although Northern Ireland is a safer place today, it wasn't the case back in the 70's where you had days like 'Black Friday' when 22 car bombs exploded across Belfast in a single day....

There are paintings on buildings like this all across Northern Ireland. Here is one my friend took in Derry.
