well, here is my town at midnight. looking up, and down the street. the first capitol of california. not much to do. they decorated 1st street for the holidays. i took this when i got off work around midnight. wish i got another one without refraction of the streetlights in the second shot. -my bad for using f22. -stupid.

Nice shots. and a nice little town. I've been to Benecia often over the years on business. Great hometown feel and a couple of nice antique shops on that street.

yep, A LOT of those. oh i forgot to mention, that hotel on the left is the union hotel. - its haunted.

Despite the lighted trees, the expansive street, lifeless sidewalks and the use of monochrome remind me of a ghost town.

And having looked up the map to see where your town is, I am realising that I may have travelled past your front-door one day in January...!

^probably on your way up to napa...? after about 10pm, the town is a ghost town... only a few people crawling to the different bars. im very impressed with the clarity of the 44-70. - looking at these again, i realize how lifeless it really does look :neutral:
