Best Bag for $200-300?

Hey all I am looking for a new bag for my job/personal use. I have always used Lowepro for all my other bags and Portabrace for my video stuff. Any suggestions?

- Standard backpack format
- 4-5 lens "homes"
- 1 Camera body
- Additional Storage
- A tripod holder that can handle a full size collapsing tripod
- Rugged'

Thank you for the response. Are there any brands that are notorious for certain issues i.e. popped stitches, broken zippers and so on?

None that I have owned, but then I only have 5 bags and two hard cases.
