What Chris said, sort of. I'm a Nikon guy. 
Pick out the lenses and get the body that fits them. Camera feel isn't really that big a deal unless you have smaller/larger hands and the controls can be gotten used to. The models you're talking about are pretty much going to be the same size anyway.
