Best Camera Review I've ever seen, only 60 years late.

I don't know how many of you watch Technology Connections but he's a great presenter and he really outdid himself on this one.

Well worth the 30 minute runtime as he takes apart an couple old Olympus Pen's to show how all the mechanisms work without using a battery to power the auto exposure and a mechanical linkage to do the two shutter speeds.

Some really clever old school engineering.

i've got the olympus trip 35, which also uses the solar cell around the lens to power the camera. it's a fun little camera for when i'm in the rare mood to shoot film.
