Best free remote iPad app to access & transfer photos from PC?

Hi everyone I am wanting to download an iPad app that I can use to transfer and access photos from my computer to my iPad so I can upload photos to TPF for CC's. Any ideas or suggestions of what you think would work best?

Great suggestion, but unfortunately I don't have Lightroom. I was given PSE 7. Maybe there is something similar for PSE? Will have to research it. Thank you
