Best online place to order prints?

[jterry85]

I was wondering if anyone knew a website that you could order high quality prints of your photos from? Any help appreciated.

Thanks,
Joe

Dude, the internet is searchable.

A popular online consumer lab is Mpix.com. Visit their 'Support' page that discusses: How To prepare Your Images

You may also want to read this small group of tutorials related to having prints made: Tutorials on Color Management & Printing

There are many othe online print labs. Mpix is owned by Miller's professional imaging, and Miller's has their own pr web site. You have to submit an application to become a customer of both Miller's and their other pro outlet MpixPro.

Some of the other labs myself and others here at TPF use are Nations Photo, WHCC, Bay Photo, H&H Color, and many others.

Thanks for the references. I know there are lots of sites out there, I was just trying to get some references from people who use them so that I know which ones to avoid.

Hi Joe,

Photobox might be the way for you to go if you need the prints delivered to you in Afghanistan. Zenfolio uses them to fulfill international orders. They print out of London or Paris and ship around the world except the US and Canada. If you are shipping in the US I recommend Mpix. If you need color correction then open an account with Mpix's parent company Millers.

And P.S. Keith, way to be an ass to a US soldier serving in the Middle East
