I'm a big fan of #1! It feels so modern. Great eye.

I like the first one. The third one is not bad, except that you have split the image in half with the horizon directly in the middle. The rule of thirds should be used in the placement of the horizon. I would be curious to know how you did your B&W conversions. The other thing that you might want to think about is your watermark. It is a bit too big and its placement is very distracting. I am not sure why you used a watermark at all - it will not stop anyone from "stealing" your images, if that is why you are using it. You would be better off with a Copyright statement that includes the word "Copyright" or the symbol © followed by the year and your name. Make it small font type, maybe 8, and place in the lower left or lower right corner.
