Bird in flight

This was my first attempt to capture a bird in flight out my window. I know, I need lots of practice, but was fun getting this one. C&C always welcomed

I wish the bird in focus too, but this looks quite challenging. I have yet to try it myself. I think the composition and exposure look fine though, other than the missed focus this is a good shot.
