Bird Island pano

This was ten photos shot in portrait mode. One of the regulars here gave the portrait mode tip and sorry I can't remember who posted the tip. I had the 50-140 and I think the 35 or the 18 would have been better. I visit this area often and I think this would look better when the trees fill out. Things are still brown around here. Any tips appreciated.
