Or they're foreigners and can't read English. It says "Keep Off" and yet here they are... This picture was taken in Dawes Park, north of Chicago.

I have a photo which is quite similar and is proof that they can't read German either. Well seen and well done.

Especially this birds. Over Toronto they fly in droves, what they leave behind is eating paints from the cars.
