You have got to tell me how you do this! What shutter speed. lens, hand held, ISO, etc. Oh! And what camera?

I've been trying my hardest on birds but to no avail.....:er:..

All were shot at iso 200 in aperture priority at f/5.6, my lens is the nikkor 18-200mm VR and all were handheld with my D300
