I didn't even think about the clarity of the photo until after it was already uploaded in this thread. When I get home from work I will upload the original.

The eyes and lips look pretty uncharacteristic judging by the rest of the exposure. By my eyes, they're a bit hot on my monitor, even at a small size.

Giving a little 'pop' to the eyes is great, but it can easily be overdone. You have to base your processing off the exposure of the rest of the scene, and try to to make the whites look unnaturally white.

I subtly enhanced the eyes on this portrait just in lightroom. I had to adjust the initial lightroom brush preset, but it does work fairly well at giving eyes some "pop." It can also work on hair as well.

I see what you're saying. They are a little "loud" for the exposure level of the photo.
