Can others edit my Photos
Photos NOT OK to edit
Hai all,
I take the pleasure of introducing a friend of mine. I feel immense pride to say that I went on a couple of tours with this Master of Photography. He's a person full of knowledge in all aspects of Black and White photography. He gets some extraordinary results by developing the prints by himself. We call him to do "Manual Photoshop" by his hand while enlarging in his dark room. I just got hold of some of his shots and scanned them to share with you all. Though scanning quality was not very good, please excuse me for that. Some of them were Landscapes and some were Portraits. Please forgive me for adding all this section.

Thank you for viewing,
amiably,
Ravi.

P.S: Hope in a few days I shall get him to register in our forum.

great shots, i really enjoyed these, especially 3, 4, & 6...

Thank you so much for introducing your friend Dhana to us and I enjoy very much looking at his photos, my favourite two being Photos 6 and 10. Lovely light and shadow play and patterns in 6 and wonderful backlight in 10. Really inspiring, and I am not surprised to hear that you are proud to have been out photographing with him.

Unfortunately I had to change all the images to links only, since as some sort of "rule" (heavy word, but well...) we say we only ever post our own photos in the galleries.

If you are impressed/inspired by the work of someone else, you may always tell us about it and show us someone else's work, but please only ever as links.

There are many who only have time to quickly skim the forums and who don't have time to do all the reading that sometimes goes with the presentation, so they might mistake these pics too easily for yours, you see?

Thank you for the response. I am extremely sorry for the mistake. I didn't come through the rule. And as you mentioned I shall be careful in the future.
Anyhow, I shall get Mr. Dhana to register in the forum soon.
Thanks once again for the looking over and replying.

Yes, I know that few members only ever stumble upon our forum_guidelines which are under the FAQs. Usually you find this forum, take a look, like what you see and just start posting away  . When I first joined, I did the same

Great set of shots. I nearly skipped over them because of the links (but rules is rules!) but I'm glad I didn't :) Please pass on my congratulations :)
