Came back from town yesterday to find that a big Black Bear sow and her 3 cubs had decided my big White Oak in front of my property would be a nice place to take a nap. First the cubs climbed up, then a bit later so did Mom. They all napped for around 40 minutes, climbed down, and the after a short after-nap nursing, headed back into the woods. I was up on my deck about 50 feet away from them. Taken with the Pentax K3III/55-300PLM. When the bears were up in the tree I was using my DOF bracketing mode set at +1.5 Stops.
