Can others edit my Photos
Photos NOT OK to edit
The first photo is of a Juvenal, the second is a mature bird (the back ground was captured in detail intentionally).

I think these shots are great! Love the intensity in the Juvi eyes.. Great job!

My question.. is the DOF intentional or are you still having sharpness issues? F20 seems pretty extreme to get sharp shots... Maybe someone that knows the science side will chime in about diffraction using such a high Fstop (I know it detracts from the IQ).. Plus it leaves you a really slow shutter speed! I can't believe they didn't flinch at 1/12 and 1/15th sec...

I too like the eyes on the juvi.

Thanks, the juvenal was not happy at all about my looking at it. I was shooting in AP under trees in total shade, that's where the camera set the aperture for the ISO. Turns out the sharpness issue was my ignorance of editing software and how to use it. Only thing I had edited up to six or so weeks ago where scans of film prints, never used the sharpness settings and did not know I needed to with RAW files.

Be well,

Anthony
