Focus looks sharp in the eyes (where it should be). I like the DOF because you can make out other children but they are not distracting to your subject. The exposure seems nice.

Is there a story behind this? The expression on her face looks like what you might see on those commercials for sponsoring a child in an impoverished country but I don't think that is the case (no offense intended, if that is your daughter or something).

Nice shot. It looks very photojournalistic. I like it.

Looks great. Good expression, nice texture. Very nice. It looks like you have a subtle HDR effect in there. Personally, I think it takes away from the image. But that's my taste.

i like it, and i agree with GFreg, it does have that whole photojournalistic feel to it, so its tight, i would say great shot!
