The idea is there i think, but maybe you need to reshoot (if you can) at some different angles. The negative space thing will work here but i don't see enough of the subject. Oh and maybe less stem.

I think I would like to see this with yet another light source from above or behind somewhere, if that is possible at all? Something there, not necessarily as stong as the one you used, but I miss some light on the top of the flower.

ooOoooOoo.... pretty.... i like it the way it is although maybe a little less stem wouldn't hurt

exposure is good. in this case, i think a little more negative space around the flower wouldn't hurt and i would loose a bit of the stem. nice photo.

i think it would be better with less stem, more light on the actual flower part (the subject) and perhaps a little lighter because it is rather dark
