Hard to say without knowing what you were going for. To me it seems overly contrasty, and suffering from blown/nearly blown highlights, but that may have been your intent.

The outfit takes away from it, in my opinion. I like the idea, her eye and expression work for me, but the animal print shirt combined with earrings and a necklace on a little girl looks wrong.
