Blown out skies & Acura RSX type S

Can't you underexposed the shot to get the correct exposure for the sky and use a flash to expose the subject correctly?

I woulda loved to have done HDR or use a ND filter. But i was dodging cars to get these shots. And ill go back later in the day next time. THanks for the help guys.
