blue colored shadow line

Was in Jackson Hole Wy this past week, took some pictures of Mt Moran as sun was setting behind it. Thought I could correct for the shadows but nothing worked. Photos came out with a shadow line that looked blue. Is there any way I can correct this with Elements 9? I know morning is best time to shoot this area but due to time constraints was unable to do so.
