Bobcat......

What a way to start out my morning at Black Point! Bobcat walked out in the road as I approached the entrance....he then went into the woods....I then pursued! Full frame shot (700mm from 15 meters away). Only managed to get 3 shots off before I spooked him. Had a bit to much glass for this shot!

Wow.
Just Wow.

Awesome shot!

Great catch, great shot. I wonder why his left eye is kind of "Lazy" though. Perhaps you just happened to catch him during a blink or something.

Great shot! I was wondering the same about his eye and decided it is his "why you following me Mister?" look lol

Nice!

People always associate FL with our snakes and gators', they don't realize the precious Bobcats and Black Panthers

Nice - I've had one opportunity for a bobcat so far but I only had on a 50mm prime and it was on the move so I didn't have time to change lenses. It was also at a coal mine preparation plant - not exactly the place you expect to see a bobcat in the middle of the day. Wonderful capture!

Wow! That is awesome!

Eric, nice capture. We have them or their kin in our part of the world, but I have never seen one, only their tracks in the snow.
