Nice post processing on both images.
Image 1) interestingly framed + cool content = success
Image 2) A bit too much negative space below her and not enough above her. Interesting content (duck!), but the composition leaves the eye wandering (thighs!)

I actually really like the first shot. It show's a cool angle and give the impression that you are watching her from behind a bush or something. Almost a little like you are watching her but she noticed you. It tells a story I think, which is something most portrait's struggle to do.

I love #1.. #2 isn't really doing a whole lot for me for whatever reason though. I think it bugs me that there's such a strong left/right face difference and the more room at the bottom of the frame than the top makes it feel unbalanced or something. As a side note.. wow is she beautiful!
